Monitoring Buteyko exercise’s practice with Biofeedback
|
|
Modern technology – Biofeedback – can significantly enhance efficiency of learning the method. During the training you are encouraged to learn Buteyko exercises while monitoring your breathing on a computer’s screen.
This monitoring allows you to:
- Observe your initial breathing patterns.
- Observe how you practice Buteyko exercise.
Even though you feel that you are doing exercise properly,
observation of your breathing with necessary adjustments, in addition
to your feelings, will help you better understand how to practice
properly. It’s very helpful, especially for visual learners.
- Observe the changes of your breathing patterns at the end of the course and also during the follow-up sessions.
Monitoring will make you aware and you will prove to yourself that you are doing exercises properly. That fact will help you to build self-confidence and get reinforced for further practice and progress.
Your pulse rates, muscles tension, skin temperature and stress level can be also monitored.
